Founded by Mindaugas Kairys, Moducraft has its roots in craftsmanship, dedication, and a passion for building. Originally from Lithuania, Mindaugas arrived in the UK in 2002 and entered the construction industry almost immediately.
Starting as a labourer, he quickly immersed himself in every stage of construction—learning how to build homes from the ground up. Within just a few years, his natural skill and determination led him to carpentry, where his eye for detail and love for the craft set him apart.
Over time, Mindaugas built not only his technical expertise but also a reputation for being dependable, approachable, and committed to client relationships. His ability to connect with people, paired with his optimism and problem-solving nature, allowed him to grow a wide and trusted network of trades and professionals across the industry.
